摘    要:对基于PLC的变压器冷却器控制系统和传统冷却器控制系统的特点进行了对比分析,指出传统的冷却器控制系统存在弊端。柏树500 kV变电站主变冷却器控制回路智能化改造及其运行状况表明,基于PLC的变压器冷却器控制系统在可靠性和灵活性等方面有很大的提高,变压器安全运行有利于满足变电站无人值守与智能电网的要求。

Abstract:The paper comparatively analyzes characteristics of PLC-based cooling control system for main transformer and the traditional one, points out the traditional one exists malpractice. The intelligent transfor-mation and the operation of the control circuit of main transformer cooler of Baishu 500 kV transformer show that the reliability and flexibility of PLC-based cooling control system for transformer are greatly improved. Operation safety of transformer enables unmanned duty of substations and requirements of smart grid.
