| 摘 要： | 综述了黄河灌区的发展过程，分析了灌区用水及节水现状，指出了灌区节水存在的问题，提出了灌区节水的途径和措施，并估算了黄河灌区节水的潜力，认为，当黄河灌区全部实现节水达标后，黄河灌区灌溉水利用系数达到0.54～0.60，节约灌溉水约20%。

| Abstract: | The development history of Yellow River water irrigation district is summarized, the water use and the present situation of water saving are analyzed, problems existing in water saving of irrigation districts are pointed out, and the approach and strategy of water saving in the districts are proposed in this paper. Through estimation of the water saving potential of the Yellow River water irrigation district, it is concluded that if the all the irrigation districts can realize the goal of water saving, the irrigation application efficiency can reach 0. 54 -0. 60, and 20% of irrigation water can be saved. |
