基于快速成型制造技术的滴客快速制造方法研究

摘    要:针对节水灌溉设备中滴管的嵌入式迷宫流道,应用快速成型制造技术进行了滴管的设计及快速模具制度,研究内容包括:应用参数化设计思想进行滴管CAD设计;以精密模具制造技术为核心进行滴管CAD工艺设计和快速模具制造(RT)工艺模型的生成;应用快速成型制造技术进行样件的制备和功能试验,完成了滴管设计的快速试验和修改;进行金属喷涂快速注塑模具的制造,实现了产品和模具设计-验证-制造的集成化。

Abstract:Aiming at the complex embedded labyrinth design of the dropper, which is the key part in a water saving irrigator, rapid prototyping and manufacturing technique is used to design the droppers and to manufacture the rapid tooling(RT). CAD design of the dropper using parametrization idea is described in detail. The CAD process model and the RT process model generation of the dropper are carried out taking manufacturing of the precision mould as the core. Prototypes are built up using RP technique to complete rapid verification and the modification of the dropper design. Finally, the integration of design/verification/manufacture of mould and products is realized, and the metal sprayed mould is made.
