钢顶管工程外防腐技术的研究与应用

摘    要:钢顶管外防腐因顶进过程涂层摩擦、难以修补而具有独特要求,该文综合比较环氧煤沥青涂层、环氧玻璃鳞片涂层和熔结环氧粉末涂层这三种涂层的性能,价格,施工要求等因素,选用熔结环氧粉末涂层作为南汇支线钢顶管外防腐涂层;经过工程的验证,此材料的选用可以提高钢顶管防腐涂层的质量和适用性,保障工程的安全运行。

Abstract:Owing to the friction and maintenance difficulties caused by pipe jacking construction, the external anti-corrosion of steel pipe has many special requirements. After compared the performance, price and construction requirements of epoxy coal tar coating, epoxy glass flake coating and fusion bonded epoxy powder coating, the fusion bonded epoxy powder coating was chosen as the external antieorrosive coating of steel pipe in Nanhui water supply project. Through the verification of this project, this material can improve the quality and applicability of the anticorrosive coating on steel pipe and ensure the project safety.
