| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨切开重睑术的并发症及处理方法。方法：回顾我中心8年间共行切开重睑术3651例，术后重睑不理想需修整者432例，占切开重睑术的12％，分析并发症形成的原因，并提出了治疗方法，结果：432出现并发症者，经重新手术矫正，效果满意，结论：切开重睑术式虽已定型，但仍有一定的并发症出现，应引起重视，避免并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the complications of double-eyelid operation with skin incision and their treatments Methods:We retrospect 3651 patients who undertook double-eyelid operation with skin incision from 1991 to 2000 Among those patients,432 cases (12 percent) need further repairment because the results are not satisfied Then we analyzed the causes and discussed the treatments Results:The good rusults are obtained in those 432 patients who have some complications after reoperation-correction Conclusion:Double-eyelid operation with skin incision is believed an established procedure,but still have some complications,so great care must be exerted to avoid the complications occurence |
