基于四氢呋喃/二甲基甲酰胺的聚氨酯静电纺丝

摘    要:分别将四氢呋喃(THF)和N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)按质量比3:7、4:6、5:5、6:4、7:3混合作为溶剂,并在不同质量分数、电压、接收距离下对聚氨酯溶液进行静电纺丝。结果表明:THF/DMF的质量比对聚氨酯静电纺丝纤维的形貌、直径及其均匀性有显著影响,纤维直径均匀性随THF增多而下降;随着溶液质量分数增大,纤维直径增大,纤维直径均匀性总体上呈下降趋势;电压和接收距离对纤维平均直径的影响没有明显的规律性。实验中制得了平均直径为230 nm,均匀系数为0.23,形貌也较为理想的聚氨酯静电纺丝纤维。

Abstract:Solvents of tetrahydrofuran(THF) and dimethylformadide(DMF) were mixed with mass proportion of 3:7,4 = 6,5 = 5,6 = 4,7?3 respectively,and then polyurethane was dissolved in the mixed solvents.The resulting solutions were electrospun into nanofibers under conditions of different mass concentrations,voltages,and distance between nozzle and the bat.The results show that m(THF) : m(DMF) has great effect on morphology,diameter and uniformity of the spun fibers.The uniformity decreases with the increase of THF.The fiber diameter increases with the increase of mass concentration,and the uniformity descends as a whole.The effect of voltage and receiving distance on the fiber diameter exhibit no regular rules.The electrospun fibers obtained in this study have the average diameter of 230 nm,uniformity coefficient of 0.23 and ideal morphology.
