咪唑啉及双酰胺类织物抗静电剂的应用性能研究

摘    要:本文研究了自行合成的咪唑啉和双酰胺类2个系列8种结构的抗静电剂的暂时性抗静电作用,及其中2种结构的耐久性抗静电作用。结果表明:它们均具有良好的抗静电功能;在适当条件下,选出其中的2种结构与一定比例的交联剂共同作用,对涤纶具有耐久的抗静电功能,初步考察了交联剂用量、烘焙温度及时间、处理液浓度等因素对耐久性抗静电作用的影响。

Abstract:The Performance of eight new cationic fabric conditioners were studied.The conditioners are laboratory synthesized imidazolinium compounds and bisamides which consist of eight structure of two series.The results show that all of them induce excellent anti-static property to polyester and polyamide fabrics.Some of them used with cross linking agents possess durable anti-static property.The authors also discussed the effects of some factors on antistatic durability such as the amount of cross-linking agent,the temperature and period of baking and concentration of treatment solution.
