摘    要:为防护发电厂锅炉的热交换器管道的腐蚀冲蚀磨损,研究开发了一种热喷涂层涂层(高速火焰喷涂Cr3C2/TiC-25NiCr涂层+电弧喷Ni21Cr9Mo35Nb涂层),在锅炉管道上实际应用两年后,对这种双涂层进行冲蚀试验和金相分析,并对其性能进行讨论。结果发现,燃烧电弧喷涂Ni21Cr9Mo3.5Nb涂层在高硫及环境中是一种良好的防护涂层。

Abstract:The heat exchanger tubes of power plant boilers suffer from corrosion-erosion by ash particles and corrosive gases attack at elevated temperatures. The tube wastage rate depends on the boiler design and operation, the characteristics of ash particles, environment conditions, and tube materials. Thermal sprayed dual-layer coatings (HVOF Cr3C2/TiC-25NiCr coating and combustion arc-sprayed Ni21Cr9Mo3.5Nb coating) were developed for the tube corrosion-erosion protection. The erosion test comparison and metallographic examination of the coated tube after two years service in boiler were presented and its performance was discussed. The combustion arc-sprayed Ni21Cr9Mo3.5Nb coating was found a good solution for relatively high sulfur and chlorine environment.
