摘    要:为探讨含类焊接裂纹结构的疲劳性能,设计了部分熔透焊接接头的拉一拉疲劳试验,并进行了有限元分析,研究了不同裂纹尺寸下接头的疲劳强度、应力集中系数、应力强度因子范围和疲劳寿命的变化规律.结果表明,当未熔透尺寸2a/T<0.5时,疲劳性能无明显减弱;而当未熔透尺寸2a/T>0.5时,则接头的抗疲劳性能显著降低.

Abstract:In order to probe the fatigue behavior of structure containing welding defects, the tensile-tensile fatigue test was designed, and the finite element analysis was conducted. The varying rules of fatigue strength, the stress concentration factor, the stress intensity factor range and the fatigue life along with various crack size were studied. The result indicates that the fatigue behavior of joint may not be weaken when the incomplete penetration size is 2a/T<0-5, but be weaken obviously while 2a/T>0.5.
