摘    要:目的:研究五指毛桃水提液对6>Coγ射线致小鼠肺细胞DNA损伤的保护作用.方法:60Coγ射线单次全肺照射复制小鼠肺损伤模型,实验设计分辐射前给药、辐射后给药2个模块,各模块分阴性对照组、辐射模型组和五指毛桃水提液高、中、低剂量(20、10、5g-kg-1)组,灌胃给药,连续7d,通过单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测肺细胞DNA...

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To investigate the preventive effect of aqueous extract from Ficus simplicissima on 60Coγ ray-induced DNA injury of lung cells in mice.METHODS:The lung injury model was established by 60Coγ ray whole lung irradiation.And the experiments included two parts,i.e.medication before radiation and after radiation.Each part had negative control group,radiation model group and high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups of aqueous extract negative control group,radiation model group and high-dose,medium-dose and low-dose groups of aqueous extractfrom F.simplicissima(20 g·kg-1,10 g·kg-1,5 g·kg-1) via i.g.gtt.DNA damage was detected by single cell gel electrophoresis after 7 days of medication.RESULTS:The results showed that tail DNA% and tail moment of lung cell DNA in radiation model group were higher than those of negative control group(P0.01).Tail DNA% and tail moment of he experimental groups were significantly lower than those in radiation model group(P0.01).As the dose increased,the tail DNA% and tail moment reduced.CONCLUSION:Aqueous extract from F.simplicissima have certain preventive effect on radiation-induced DNA injury of lung cells in mice.
