摘    要:该调节阀采用的膨胀节是非波形的,国内外没有可直接使用的设计方法。本文应用弹性力 理论、A.CASTIGLIANO定理、圣维南力矩-面积法第二定理和ASMEⅧ第一分篇附录CC,通过理论推导及数学计算,获得了针对膨胀节的应力分析和疲劳寿命估算的新方法。该设计计算方法经过多年应用证明是安全可靠的。

Abstract:No design method available for direct application at home and abroad for the non - waveshape expansion joint of this regulating valve. Based on elastic mechanics theory, A. CASTIGLINO theorom Saint - Venant moment - area method second theorem and Apendix cc, Division I, section Ⅷ, ASME, by theoretical deduction and mathematical calculation, this article concludes to a new method for stress analysis and fatigue life evaluation of the expansion joint, proved as safe and reliable in years of application.
