IL-6与骨质疏松症关系的初步探讨

为探讨 Ｉ Ｌ－ ６ 在骨质疏松症发病中的作用，随机选择绝经后妇女６６ 例，根据 Ｂ Ｍ Ｄ 分为绝经后骨质疏松组（ Ｏ Ｐ组） ，绝经后非骨质疏松组（ Ｎ Ｏ Ｐ组） 及２７ 例绝经前健康妇女（ 对照组） ，采用 Ｉ Ｌ－ ６ 酶标法、放免法检测血清中 Ｉ Ｌ－ ６ 以及雌激素（ Ｅ２） 水平变化，结果显示：绝经后妇女 Ｉ Ｌ－ ６ 水平显著高于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ，而雌激素显著低于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） ； Ｏ Ｐ组与 Ｎ Ｏ Ｐ 组亦存在显著差异（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） ；在 Ｏ Ｐ组中 Ｉ Ｌ－ ６ 与年龄无相关关系，与骨密度（ Ｂ Ｍ Ｄ） 和雌激素（ Ｅ２） 呈负相关。结果提示，雌激素的减少与 Ｉ Ｌ－ ６ 高表达有关，即可使分泌 Ｉ Ｌ－ ６ 的细胞活化， Ｉ Ｌ－ ６ 分泌增多，从而促使骨吸收增多，骨密度降低，可能是导致骨质疏松的重要原因之一。

Study on the Role of IL-6in Onset of Osteoporosis

To explore the role of IL-6 in onset of osteoporosis, we chose 66 postmenopausal women randomly. These women were divided into the two groups according to bone mineral density (BMD): osteoporosis group (OP) and nonosteoporosis group (NOP);27 normal pre-menopausal women were chose as the controls. The serum levels of IL-6 and estrogen-2 (E 2) were measured using ELISA and RIA methods. The results showed that the level of IL-6 in post-menopausal women was higher than that in the controls (P<0.05), whereas the level of E 2 in post-menopausal women was significantly lower than that in the controls (P<0.01); there was no significant difference in IL-6 and E 2 between OP and NOP group; in Op group the levet of IL-6 borne no relation to the ages, and had converse relationships with BMD and E 2. The results suggest that there is some relationship between the decreased expression of E 2 and the increased expression of IL-6; the decreased expression of E 2 may activate the cells producing IL-6, which leads to the increased expression of IL-6; the increased expression of IL-6 enhances the bone absorption, which leads to the decrease of bone density, and is one possible important reason for osteoporosis.
