| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the current situation of power supply talents,the paper discusses the educational training problems of power supply enterprises and the importance of improving the educational training system.Simultaneously,it proposes concrete measures to improve the effectiveness of power supply enterprises' educational training.By training the staff quality can be improved and personnel can be reserved so as to enhance the market competitiveness of the enterprise. |
