解郁宁神合剂治疗2型糖尿病伴抑郁症临床研究

目的：观察解郁宁神合剂治疗2型糖尿病伴抑郁症的疗效。方法：将67例2型糖尿病伴抑郁症患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例,应用解郁宁神合剂治疗;对照组32例,采用百优解（盐酸氟西汀）治疗。以HAMILRON抑郁自评量表（SDS）、中医疗效指数进行疗效评定。两组疗程均为8周。结果：治疗组中医疗效指数总有效率为80%,优于对照组的71.9%;治疗组治疗前SDS量表评分52.12±6.18,治疗后33.32±5.86,治疗前后比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。对照组治疗前SDS评分51.81±5.34,治疗后35.71±6.20,治疗前后比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。治疗后SDS评分组间比较,差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。但治疗组疲乏无力、抑郁善忧、失眠、口干渴、梅核气、心悸等中医症状改善优于对照组,经治疗后两组中医症状评分比较,差异具有显著性意义（P〈0.01）。结论：解郁宁神合剂治疗2型糖尿病伴抑郁症总体疗效与百优解相当,但是对于失眠以及部分躯体症状的改善明显优于百优解。

Jieyu Ningshen Mixture for the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Accompanied by Depression

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Jieyu Ningshen mixture （JNM） on the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus accompanied by depression. Methods： Seventy patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus suffering depression simultaneously were randomized into the JNM group （n = 35 ） and the tluoxetine hydroctfloridium （Prozac） group（ n = 32 ）. Patients in both groups were treated with JNM and Prozac for 8 weeks, respectively. Self-rating depression scale （SDS） , therapeutic index from traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） were evaluated at the end of the study. Results：The therapeutic efficacy was 80% in the JNM group and 71.9% in the Prozac group. The SDS before and after treatment in the JNM group were 52.12 ±6.18 and 33.32 ±5.86 with a significant difference （P 〈 0.01 ）. A difference was also noted in the SDS in the Prozac group（51.81 ±5.34 before and 35.71 ± 6.20 after,P 〈 0.01 ）. No significant difference in the SDS was noted between the JNM and the Prozac group after treatment （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The symptoms defined by TCM such as fatigue, depression,wakefulness had been greatly improved in the JNM group as compared to the Prozac group. A significant difference was found in the therapeutic index from TCM between the 2 groups （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The JNM has equivalent therapeutic efficacy as compared to Prozac with better improvement in wakefulness and other symptoms.
