我国房地产行业宏观调控政策论析

摘    要:我国的市场经济实施宏观调控政策,宏观调控政策有助于我国建立适应我国实际情况的市场经济体制。对于房地产而言,宏观调控在新的发展时期能够起到重要的作用。宏观调控是必要的,是房地产市场发展的重要干预因素。加强房地产业的宏观调控,要从多方面着手,使房地产业能够为经济发展和社会进步作出贡献。本文从二方面阐述了我国房地产业宏观调控和必要性和手段,为我国房地产业的继续发展提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract:The macro-control policy in China's market economy contributes to the establishment of a market economy system complying with the actual situation in China.With respect to the real estate industry,this policy can also play a significant role in the new period of development.Since macro-control is a vital intervening factor in development of real estate market,it is necessary.In order to strengthen the macro-control over the real estate industry,China has to take measures from different aspects and strives to fully exploit its potential in contributing to economic development and social progress.This paper mainly discusses the necessity of macro-control policy in China's real estate industry and corresponding measures from two perspectives,providing certain theoretical reference for the further development of real estate industry in China.
