| 摘 要： | 从土壤中分离到6株产纤维素酶的细菌，进一步筛选培养获得1株酶活较高的菌株，定名为S3。对S3的初步分类学鉴定初步将其归为纤维单胞菌属（Cellulomonas）。

| Abstract: | 6 bacterial strains with cellulase actitvity were isolated from soil. The bacterial strain named S3 showed high cellulase activity through further screening and cultivation. It was identified as Cellulomonas through morphological physiological and biochemical analysis. |
