矿井瓦斯排放作业及安全措施分析

摘    要:瓦斯积聚是矿井生产中面临的主要隐患之一,进行瓦斯排放是保障安全生产的一项预防性措施。为减少瓦斯灾害的发生,指导瓦斯排放作业的安全进行,对瓦斯排放作业计划编制和作业方法的选择进行了具体分析。结合安全生产的具体要求,针对瓦斯排放作业计划的内容,分析了作业过程的技术要点和流程;按照瓦斯积聚原因和发生位置的不同,论述了利用局部通风机和主通风机进行瓦斯排放作业的适用条件,以及具体的操作方法和注意事项,并明确了应急处置原则。严格按照技术要求进行瓦斯排放作业,并结合注意事项制定安全措施,可以有效治理瓦斯积聚现象,进而为矿井安全生产奠定基础。

Analysis of mine gas discharge operation and safety measures

Abstract:Gas accumulation is one of the main hidden dangers in mine production,and gas discharge is a preventive measure to ensure safe production.In order to reduce the occurrence of gas disasters and guide the safe operation of gas discharge,the preparation of gas discharge operation plan and the selection of operation methods are analyzed.According to the gas discharge operation plan,combined with the specific requirements of safety production,the technical points and processes of gas discharge operation are proposed.According to the different causes and locations of gas accumulation,the applicable conditions,operation methods and precautions of using local fan and main fan for gas drainage operation are discussed,and the emergency disposal principle is clarified.In strict accordance with technical requirements for gas discharge operations,and combined with precautions to develop safety measures,it can effectively control the phenomenon of gas accumulation,and thus lay the foundation for mine safety production.
