| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了Ovation系统在某炼铁厂3#高炉热风炉自动控制系统中的应用，为高炉的顺利达产有效地提供了高风温保障，对空煤气的加减量控制波动小，烧炉曲线平滑，空煤比使用比较合理，对高强度送风和节能降耗起到了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces application of Ovation system in the automatic control system of the blast furnace #3 of some iornworks. Application shows that this system provides effectively guarantee of high air temperture for smoothly reaching productionquota, realizes low control fluctuation for air-gas adding amount, smooth furnace curve and reason- able air-gas ratio, and achieves better effect on high-intensive air supply and energy-saving and consumption reduction. |
