| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)呼吸衰竭中医证候分布规律,为呼吸衰竭中医证候的规范化提供依据。方法从中国生物医学文献数据库、中国学术期刊全文数据库和中国中医药文献检索系统数据库,检索近15年COPD呼吸衰竭文献数据库,筛选整理规范名称,建立数据库,对COPD呼吸衰竭中医证候构成及分布情况进行统计分析。结果COPD呼吸衰竭的常见证候以实证为主,痰瘀互结、痰热壅肺、痰浊壅肺和痰蒙清窍最为常见,多兼有血瘀证候,虚证所涉及的病性及脏腑归属较为复杂,肺肾气虚多见。结论痰瘀互结、痰热壅肺、痰浊壅肺和痰蒙清窍最是COPD呼吸衰竭中医辨证的基本证型,多兼有血瘀证候,其虚证的内在规律较为复杂,肺肾气虚多见。
