应用笑气吸入性镇痛放置宫内节育器的临床研究

目的:研究笑气吸入性镇痛用于放置宫内节育器的镇痛效果。方法:选择2002年11月~2004年11月采用笑气吸入镇痛放置宫内节育器60例为研究组,同期在同样条件下不用任何镇痛措施放置宫内节育器60例为对照组。观察两组镇痛效果、宫颈松弛效果、术中出血量、手术时间及术后离院时间。结果:研究组镇痛有效率(96.67%)明显优于对照组(13.33%),P<0.01;研究组宫颈松弛有效率(95.00%)与对照组(28.33%)有显著差异,P<0.05;手术时间研究组(3.270±1.096)m in明显短于对照组(6.187±1.736)m in,两组有显著差异,P<0.01;术中出血研究组(4.020±0.877)m l与对照组(4.155±0.785)m l无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:笑气吸入用于放置宫内节育器镇痛效果确切,安全可靠,不良反应少,是一种理想的镇痛方法。

Clinical study on nitrous oxide as an analgesic method for women using intrauterine device.

Objective:To study the analgesic effect of nitrous oxide for women using intrauterine device.Methods:60 patients were taken as study group who were absorbed nitrous oxide for analgesia to using IUD from November 2002 to November 2004 in this hospital.At the same time and at the same condition,60 patients were taken as control group who were without analgesia to use IUD.The analgesic effect,the lax effect of the cervix,the blood volume during the operation,the operating time and the hospital stay time were observed for the two groups..Results:Analgesic effective rate(96.67 %) in study group was higher than the control group(13.33%),P< 0.01;Lax effective of cervix in study group(95%) was higher than the control group(28.33%),P<0.05;Operating time(3.270±1.096)min in study group was shorter than the control group(6.187±1.736)min,P<0.01;There were no significant difference for the blood volume between study group(4.020±0.877)ml and the control group(4.155±0.785)ml,P>0.05.Conclusion:Nitrous oxide is effective,safety and little side-effect for analgesia to use IUD,thus it is a good method on analgesia.
