| 摘 要： | 目的探讨绝经后妇女股骨远端B型骨折的手术方法。方法自2005年12月至2007年10月间，治疗绝经后妇女股骨远端B型骨折共5例，其中B1型2例，B2型2例，B3型1例。分别采用膝前外侧或膝前内侧切口，对B1型及B2型骨折选用松质骨拉力螺钉结合“L”型锁定钢板内固定，对B3型骨折则用多枚空心钉内固定。结果术后随访6～21个月，骨折均解剖复位，无内固定松动滑脱或骨折再移位发生，愈合时间为6～12周。根据Schatzker等标准评定，优2例，良2例，可1例。结论在绝经后妇女患者中，拉力螺钉结合锁定接骨板技术治疗B1型和B2型骨折，多枚空心钉内固定治疗B3型骨折，可望取得较满意的疗效。
