络筒定长装置的开发及应用

摘    要:介绍所开发络筒定长装置的应用效果。通过在线检测筒子实际转数和槽筒转数,根据槽筒转数、槽筒直径、筒子实际转数和筒子即时传动半径计算出槽筒与筒子的线速度滑移率,然后根据滑移率再折算出筒子即时纱线长度,并累加计算,从而达到了单锭精确定长的目的。使用实践证明,该装置计长误差能够控制在±0.5%以内,可将筒纱长度差异率控制在1%以下。

Abstract:Application effect of length meter in winding machine was introduced.Core actual speed and grooved drum revolution number were tested on line.Linear velocity split ratio between Grooved drum and core can be calculated according to grooved drum revolution number,grooved drum diameter,cone actual revolution number and cone immediate rotation radius.Cone immediate yarn length can be converted by split ratio.Through accumulation,aim of single spindle accurate fixed length can be reached.The practice proves that the fixed length error can be controlled in ±0.5%,cone yarn length error can be controlled below 1%.
