棉Viloft赛络纺倍捻线的纺制实践

摘    要:为了顺利纺制棉Viloft赛络纺倍捻线,开清棉要求棉台平整,抓棉均匀,勤抓少抓,防止卷层黏连;梳棉配置适宜的分梳隔距,防止纤维缠绕针面;预并条轻重条搭配,确保混纺比;混并头道两种纤维条子间隔排列,以利于均匀并合;采用碳黑胶辊,减少静电吸花引发的疵点;粗纱捻系数偏大掌握;细纱加强操作巡回,防止粗纱单根或交叉纺纱;络筒合理设定清纱参数,保证接头质量;并线采用较低速度,保持张力均匀、自停装置灵敏,防止产生单股、多股和扭结纱;倍捻合理设定工艺,做好清整洁工作,减少纱疵;空气捻接器状态良好,确保接头质量。结果使纺纱顺利进行,成功纺制出J棉/Viloft 50/50 18.3 tex×2赛络纺倍捻线,较好地满足了质量要求。

Abstract:To spin cotton Viloft siro spinning two-for-one twisting ply,processing was optimized to ensure picking evenly and less,prevent cotton lap sticky in picking process.In carding process,gauges were selected rationally to prevent fiber winding card clothing.In pre-drawing process,different slivers were collected to ensure blending ratio.Two different fiber sliver were arranged in intervals to ensure blending.Carbon black rubber-covered roll was adopted to reduce yarn defects caused by static electricity.The larger roving twist factor was selected.Operation and management were strengthened in spinning process to prevent single or cross roving spinning.Clearing yarn parameter was selected properly to ensure joint quality.In doubling process,lower speed was selected,tension was kept evenly,automatic stop device was kept sensitive to prevent single ply,multi-ply and kinky yarn.In two-for-one twisting,processing was selected rationally,cleaning work was done well to prevent yarn defects.Air splicer status was kept well to ensure joint quality.Finally spinning can be ensured successfully,cotton/Viloft 50/50 18.3 tex ×2 siro spinning two-for-one twisting ply can be produced successfully,quality demand can be reached better.
