探讨特细号精梳棉氨纶包芯纱的生产要点。通过改进包芯纱装置,对氨纶丝牵伸倍数、细纱捻系数、车速等工艺参数以及胶辊、钢丝圈等器材进行试验优选,并针对牵伸不开及布面起皱疵布等问题进行了调查分析与改进,成功纺制出8 tex(22.2 dtex)精梳棉氨纶包芯纱,并较好地解决了布面起皱疵布问题,改进了产品质量,取得了较好的经济效益。

Production of Superfine Combed Cotton Spandex Core Spun Yarn

Key points of producing superfine combed cotton spandex core spun yarn were discussed.The device of spinning core spun yarn was modified.Components were tested and optimized such as draft multiple of spandex,spinning twist factor,speed,rubber-covered roll,ring traveler.Problems in production were investigated and modified such as hard to draft,wrinkles in fabric surface.Finally 8 tex(22.2 dtex) combed cotton spandex core spun yarn can be spun successfully,the above problems can be solved well,product quality can be improved and better economic can be made.
