小浪底水电厂检修排水系统运行状况分析

摘    要:为了防止泥沙的严重淤积,小浪底水力发电厂检修排水系统摒弃了常规检修排水廊道加集水井的设计模式,采用检修排水干管,经检修排水泵直接排至4、6号机组尾水管,将机组排水中的大部分泥沙直接排出厂外。5年来的运行、检修情况表明,该系统设计思想基本是符合实际的,确实能大量减少泥沙淤积。排水干管使用寿命结束时,更换钢管也比较容易。

Abstract:To prevent the sediment from serious deposit, the water drainage pipe was adopted in the Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station to replace conventional drainage tunnel and water collection well, where water is directly pumped into the draft tubes of No.4 and No.6 units through the pipe, so that most of sediment in the draining water will be drained out of unit directly. After 5-year operation and maintenance practice, we conclude that the design idea of such system is practical and rational, and if something is wrong with the pipe, it is not difficult to replace the pipe.
