齿轮油抗磨添加剂的摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:为了减少材料磨损,提高部件的使用寿命,合成了齿轮油极压抗磨添加剂二烷基二硫代磷酸镉(CdDDP).利用四球试验机研究了该添加剂在矿物基础油中的极压、抗磨和减摩性能,并与同类添加剂ZnDDP进行了比较,结果表明,此添加剂体现出了良好的减摩、抗磨性能和承载能力;另外采用扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪对其边界润滑状态下形成的磨斑及表面元素组成和含量进行了分析,结果表明,经CdDDP润滑的磨斑光滑而又规则,并且表面上有大量镉原子生成.正是由于该添加剂在摩擦过程中与金属表面作用形成了镉软金属保护层,从而有效地提高了油品的极压抗磨性能.

Abstract:Cadmium dipropylethyldithiophosphate (CdDDP)gear oil antiwear additive was synthesized,and its properties of extreme pressure,antiwear and antifriction were evaluated in base oil by four-balls tester compared to traditional additive ZnDDP.The results show that the additive possesses better wear resistance,load bearing and antifriction capacities.The rubbing surface was investigated using scanning electron microsopy (SEM)with energy dispersive X-ray (EDX).The scar on lubricating surface is smooth and uniform,and there are a large amount of cadmium atoms on the surface.Antiwear mechanism is that the additive reacts with metal surface in friction process to form a reactive softy cadmium film,which plays an important role in antiwear and extreme pressure.
