摘    要:针对大港油田X区块地层特点、钻头选型的难题,利用现场测井资料及岩心实验结果建立了该区块岩石可钻性与声波时差、岩石可钻性与地层密度的单因素计算模型及岩石可钻性与多元测井参数计算模型,并利用多元测井参数与岩石可钻性的关系模型,对单一测井参数计算得到的岩石可钻性级值的误差进行了修正,建立了该区块横向地层岩石可钻性剖面及整个区块岩石可钻性纵向剖面,找出了该区块地层岩石横向及纵向可钻性变化规律,根据计算结果优选出适合于该区块的钻头类型,解决了钻井速度慢、钻井周期长的问题。

Abstract:Bit selection in the block X of the Dagang oil field is very difficult due to the complex formation features of this area. The single logging parameter calculation models considering the factor of acoustic time or formation density and the multiple logging parameter calculation models are established in this block to determine the value of the rock drillability. The calculation errors that produce in the single logging parameter calculation models are corrected by the multiple logging parameter calculation models and the variation rules for lateral and vertical rock drillability profiles are found out. The results show that this method can help select out optimal bit types suitable for this block thus to effectively solve the problems of slow ROP and long drilling cycle.
