焦点解决模式对梅尼埃病患者康复训练依从性及焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的分析焦点解决模式对梅尼埃病患者的焦虑抑郁情绪及康复依从性的影响。方法选取我院2017年3月~2020年3月收治的131例梅尼埃病患者作为本次研究的主体对象,按随机数字表法将研究对象随机分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均给予基础治疗,对照组65例患者接受常规护理,观察组66例患者增加焦点解决模式联合干预,对比两组患者干预前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、前庭症状指数评分(VSI)评分和简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分及康复训练依从。结果干预后,观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分和VSI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),而患者康复训练依从率及SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论焦点解决模式对于梅尼埃病行保守治疗患者有着积极促进作用,能有效改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提升康复训练依从性,改善其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of focus solution on rehabilitation training compliance and anxiety and depression in patients with Meniere's disease

Objective To analyze the effect of focus solution on rehabilitation training compliance and anxiety and depression in patientswith Meniere's disease.Methods A total of 131 patients with Meniere's disease in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were collected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the two groups were given basic treatment.The control group(65 cases)accepted routine nursing care,and the observation group(65 cases)accepted focus solution.The self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating depressive scale(SDS)score,the 36-item shot-form health status survey(SF-36)score and vestibular symptoms index score(VSI)score and rehabilitation training compliance between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,SAS score,SDS score and VSI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the rehabilitation training compliance rate and SF-36 score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The focus solution model has a positive role in promoting the conservative treatment of Meniere's disease,and can effectively improve the anxiety and depression mood of patients,improve the rehabilitation training compliance,and improve their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
