摘    要:在超临界条件下,温度和压力对微细电铸镍的实验比较研究,得出超临界二氧化碳微细电铸镍的最佳温度和压力分别是45℃和16 MPa,并获得超临界微细电铸新工艺。

Abstract:An experimental comparison study of temperatures and pressures on fine electroformed nickel was conducted was investigated under supercritical conditions. The results show that the optimal temperature and pressure for supereritical carbon dioxide micro-electroforming nickel are 45 ℃ and 16 MPa respectively. On this basis, a new process for supercritical micro-electroforming is obtained.
