| 摘 要： | 根据市场的需要，将MZ204机床改造成由DK-PC80可编程序控制器控制的MZ2015自动磨床，取消了原来的中间继电器控制电路。改造后的机床加工范围广，可靠性好，加工精度高。

| Abstract: | According to the requirement of market, MZ204 machine tool was transformated into MZ2015 auto-grinder which was controlled by DK-PC80 PLC, the control circuit of the old intermediate relay was canceled. The machining range of the transformated machine tool is wide, its reliability is well, its machining accuracy is high. |
