摘    要:针对煤车智能取样对车厢定位的要求,提出了一种改进的模糊边缘检测算法.该算法通过阈值计算分段定义隶属度函数模糊特征,使图像目标区域边缘的灰度级达到较大增强,适合对较大目标区域(车厢)的多级灰度图像边缘检测;另外,该算法根据边缘的一般特征及不同的灰度区域自适应地选取算法参数,实时性好.工程应用表明,该方法在车厢边缘检测中,精度高、实时性强,能满足实际需要.

Abstract:An improved edge detection algorithm on fuzzy sets is presented according to the requests of determining orientation of coal compartment in intellective sampling system.The objective area edge's gray levels of by calculating threshold and defining piecewise subordinate function is enhanced,it is applicable to the edge detection of bigger objective area(compartment)of multi-levels image.On the other side,this algorithm uses the general property of the edges and the relationship between neighborhood pixels,and adaptively chooses parameters according to different gray areas.Engineering application shows that this method is accurate and real time in com-partment edge extracting,and satisfy the practice requests.
