离子交换树脂分离甘油部分氧化产物中二羟基丙酮的研究

摘    要:应用钙型离子交换树脂吸附法对甘油部分氧化产物中二羟基丙酮进行分离.实验结果表明,二羟基丙酮在PCR钙型离子交换树脂上的动态穿透吸附容量和吸附速率均比甘油大,其分离效率总体上随树脂床层高径比的增加而提高,随温度、进样体积的增加和流速的增大而降低.经过分离纯化,二羟基丙酮的质量分数从原来的17.4%达到90.8%,其平均分离产率约为76.0%.

Abstract:The separation and purification of dihydroxyacetone(DHA) from the partial oxidation products of glycerol by PUROLITE PCR(Ca) ion exchange resin were investigated.It was found that the dynamic permeable adsorption capacity and adsorption velocity of dihydroxyacetone on ion exchange resin were larger than those of glycerol,and the separation efficiency could generally be enhanced with the increase of the ratio of column height to diameter((H/D)),decreased with the increase of the temperature,the loading quantity and the flowing velocity.Under the typical separation operating condition,the content of dihydroxyacetone could reach 90.8% from 17.4%,and the(average) separation yield was about 76.0%.
