古陶瓷研究中的烧成气氛性质讨论

摘    要:本文对陶瓷烧成气氛的性质进行了深入研究。研究结果表明:过去一些古陶瓷研究工作者将陶瓷制品还原比值的大小作为判断陶瓷烧成气氛性质的依据,并根据还原比值的大小将还原烧成气氛分为强还原气氛与弱还原气氛,以及根据烧成气氛中一氧化碳浓度的大小将还原气氛任意分为强还原气氛与弱还原气氛等都没有科学依据。为了说明陶瓷制品烧成过程中氧化铁还原成氧化亚铁的程度,本文提出了比还原比值更为直观的陶瓷制品还原率计算公式。

Abstract:A further study on the properties of ceramic firing atmosphere has been done in the paper, The research result shows that the following viewpoints or methods do not possess any scientific basises. Some cerarnists in archaeological studies used to take the value of reduction ratio as a basis for the judgement of ceramic firing atmosphere properties,and group the reducing atmosphere as strong reducing atmosphere and weak reducing atmosphere based on the value of reduction ratio, and also wilfully devide the reducing atmosphere into the above two types on the basis of carbon monoxide density. However, a more direct calculation formula of reduction rate for ceramic products than the value of reduction ratio is suggested in the paper in order to illustrate how much Fe_2O_3 is reduced into FeO during the ceramic firing Process.
