摘    要:目的 观察体外循环(CPB)中不同氧分压对心脏瓣膜置换患者红细胞内Ca(2+)含量的影响.方法 选择择期在CPB下行心脏瓣膜置换术的患者20例,随机分为高氧分压组(Ⅰ组)和常氧分压组(Ⅱ组),每组各10例.CPB中通过调节吸入氧浓度(FiO2)调节PaO2,Ⅰ组:全程PaO2在350~500mmHg.Ⅱ组:控制PaO2...

Abstract:Objective To investigate the contribution of different arterial oxygen pressure on IECa2+ in red cell with heart valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB).Methods Twenty patients with heart valve replacement operation during CPB were randomly divided into 2 groups which were group Ⅰ(n=10) that patients received normal arterial oxygen pressure with the oxygen pressure range from 100mmHg to 250 mmHg and group Ⅱ(n=10) that patients received high oxygen pressure with the oxygen pressure range from 350 mmHg to 500 mmHg(n=10).Arterial blood was drawn and the IECa2+ level of red cell were measured at the following point,before anesthesia(T1) and CPB(T2),CPB 15 min(T3),aortic unclamping 15 min(T4) and after the operation 24 h(T5).Results There is no significantly difference between group I and group II of IECa2+ concentration in T1 ~T4 point(P>0.05).Compare with other points,the level of IECa2+ was pronounced decreased at point T5(P<0.05).Conclusion The data shows that there is no influence with high arterial oxygen pressure on IECa2+ of red cell in heart valve replacement patients during CPB.
