摘    要:目的]为凯里地区植物的保护提供理论依据。方法]以凯里地区的代表性植物(油茶、马尾松、杉树、狗脊蕨和铁芒萁)作为研究对象,采用KMnO4滴定法测定过氧化氢酶的活性,采用磺基水杨酸法测定游离脯氨酸的含量,研究大气污染影响下凯里地区植物过氧化氢酶活性、游离脯氨酸含量的变化情况。结果]在大气污染环境下,凯里地区不同植物中的过氧化氢酶活性和游离脯氨酸含量存在较大差异。凯里污染区植物与清洁区植物的过氧化氢酶活性、游离脯氨酸含量存在较大差异。前者的过氧化氢酶活降低了46.1%;游离脯氨酸含量升高了23.4%。结论]大气污染会对植物的过氧化氢酶活性和脯氨酸含量产生影响,导致过氧化氢酶活性下降和脯氨酸的大量积累。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for the plant protection in Kaili area.Method] Using the KMnO4 titration method to detect the catalase activity and the sulfosalicylic acid method to detect the free proline content,the changes of catalase activity and free proline content of plants in Kaili area under air pollution were studied with the representative plants such as Camellia oleifera,Pinus massoniana,Cunninghamia lanceolata,Woodwardia japonica and Dicranopteris pedata in Kaili area as research subjects.Result] Under air pollution,the catalase activity and free proline content in different plants in Carey area had larger difference.There was large difference between the catalase activity and free proline content in plants in Kaili pollution area and that in Kaili clean area.The catalase activity in the former decreased 46.1% and the free proline content increased 23.4%.Conclusion] The air pollution could effect the catalase activity and proline content in plants and induce the catalase activity decrease and proline accumulation.
