| 摘 要： | 作为开关电源的核心部分,DC-DC变换器在实际应用中可能带有电感性的阻抗负载,这将对系统的稳定性产生影响。基于稳定设计的考虑,考察变换器对阻抗负载中寄生电感分量的容忍度,得到对应电路稳定的电感分量阈值,并对电路负载的阻抗效应进行综合分析。建立包含负载电感分量在内的变换器高维模型,并构造电路的离散迭代映射,通过计算平衡点附近的特征根,来分析当寄生电感分量变化时系统状态的演化过程及对电路稳定性的影响。相关的电路精确仿真、理论分析和电路实验均证明,阻抗负载存在一个对应系统不稳定的电感分量区间,而电路参数将对该区间的范围存在一定的影响。
