| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨后腹腔镜下肾囊肿去顶术的方法和术后疗效。方法:25例均在全麻下用自制水囊建立后腹膜腔,距肾实质5mm用电钩或电剪切除囊壁。结果:所有囊肿均顺利去顶,手术时间25~95m in,平均36m in,术中出血量10~70m l,平均35m l,术后住院3~10d,所有病理报告均为良性病变,随访1~12个月,24例未见囊肿复发,1例感染性囊肿复发。结论:后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the techniques and efficacy of retroperitoneal laproscopic unroofing of renal cyst.Methods:25 patients were operated on under general anesthesia.The retroperitoneal cavity was established with a water-filled billon and the cystic wall was cut 5mm to renal pirenchyma.Results:The operations were successfully accomplished in all 25 patients.The operation time was 2595 min(mean 32min).The intraoperative blood loss was 10-70ml(mean 35ml).The postoperative hospital stay was 3-10 days.All pathological examinations were benign lesions.All patients were followed for 1-12 months.No recurrence was found except that lcase of infective renal cyst.Conclusions:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst is simple,safe,minimal invasion and effective. |
