摘    要:通过改进马弗炉结构,在空气气氛下合成了LiNi0.7Co0.3O2锂离子二次电池正极材料。利用XRD、SEM和循环充放电测试等手段,研究了材料结构与电化学性能之间的关系。实验电池以C/3的电流倍率在2.7~4.2V进行恒流充放电循环,电池首次充电比容量与放电比容量分别为181mAh/g和157mAh/g,库仑效率为86.7%。经过15次循环后,放电比容量趋于稳定,库仑效率保持在98%以上。循环40次,放电比容量为122mAh/g。

Abstract:Using convecting the air in muffle sufficiently, LiNi0.7Co0.3O2 lithium-ion battery anode materials were synthesized by solid state reaction in air condition. The relationship between material structure and electrochemical properties were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and charge-discharge studies. The experiment cells were charged at constant current (C/3) to 4.2 V, after a rest period of 2 min, cells were discharged to 2.7 V at the same constant current (C/3). The specific charge and discharge capacity of the first circle are 181 mAh/g and 157 mAh/g, respectively. And its coulombic efficiency is 86.7%. After the fifteen cycle, the specific discharge capacity gets stably, and the coulombic efficiency of each cycle is over 98%, the specific discharge capacity retains 122 mAh/g in the fortieth cycle.
