| Abstract: | This paper gives a detail analysis on the initial tension and chain-stretching force of scraperchain of scraper chain conveyor used in coal mine. According to the principle that tension is zero at the minimum tension point. Integrating with the usage condition of scraper chain conveyor in practice. The concrete computing formula are educed. It will have a steering action to the safety and efficiency of the operation of scraper chain conveyor. |
