摘    要:采用插销冷裂敏感性试验对芜湖长江大桥 14MnNbq钢手工定位焊焊接材料进行选定 ;采用“preheat”软件对手工定位焊防冷裂预热温度进行计算 ;根据计算结果 ,通过铁研试验进一步验证所确定防冷裂预热温度实施的可行性。通过试验为芜湖长江大桥 14MnNbq钢梁焊接工艺的制定奠定基础。

Abstract:A susceptibility test of pin cold-cracking was used to select the hand-positioning welding material for 14MnNbq steel girder of Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge.The preheat temperature to prevent cold-cracking for the hand-positioning welding was also calculated by a "preheat"software,through which a basis was laid for determining the welding procedures of 14MnNbq steel girder for Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge.
