| 摘 要： | 目的评价常规头颅CT颅底薄层扫描对眼眶内侧壁骨折的诊断价值。方法对63例头颅CT颅底薄层扫描拟诊眼眶内侧壁骨折者行眼眶CT扫描。结果63例中60例在眼眶CT上确诊为眼眶内侧壁骨折，常规头颅CT加颅底薄层扫描显示的眼眶内侧壁骨折征象包括：眼眶内侧壁骨质连续性中断、内陷及粉碎性骨折，内直肌增粗、移位，眶内容物疝，筛窦积液，眶内积气等。结论头颅CT颅底薄层扫描可以作为眼眶内侧壁骨折诊断或筛查手段。
