| 摘 要： | 目的：观察甲氨喋呤（Mrrx）联合米非司酮与单用米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法：A组MTX单次肌内注射并口服米非司酮；B组：米非司酮口服。定期测血B-HCG直至正常。结果：治愈率A组为94．74％，B组为81．25％，A组较B组明显缩短血p—HCG降至正常所需时间，减少住院日（P〈0．01）。结论：MTX单次肌内注射联合米非司酮治疗输卵管妊娠疗效好，不良反应少，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of Methotrexate(MTX)-mifepristone on patients with ectopic gestation.Methods:MTX was injected intramuscularly once with oral administration of Mifepristone in group A.In group B,which were treated with oral administration of Mifepristone,serum β-HCG was regularly tested till normal.Results:The cure rate was 94.74% in group A,and 81.25% in group B,the time of β-HCG decreased to normal and hospitalization were shorter in group A than that in group B(P﹤0.01).Conclusions:MTX injected intramuscularly once with oral administration of Mifepristone has prefer able therapeutic effects and less adverse effects in patients with oviductal pregnancy. |
