| 摘 要： | 超声刀辅助颈部小切口手术治疗良性结节性甲状腺肿，术前术后的护理措施必须到位。在做好基础护理的同时，术前需要注意患者的心理变化、做好术前准备工作，术后在6小时内要密切观察患者的生命体征，注意观察是否有并发症的迹象，对引流管要特别注意观察引流液的性状。做好护理工作，可以促使患者早日康复。

| Abstract: | The preoperative postoperative nursing care of ultrasonic scalpel auxiliary neck small incision surgery treatment for benign nodular goiter must be perfect. At the same time we need to pay attention to the patients psychological change and complete preoperative preparation work, and closely observe patient vital signs, pay attention to see if there is complications, specially pay attention to the drain after operate to make patients recover at an early date. |
