摘    要:针对传统两电平IGBT级联难提高输出电压及基于IGCT级联输出波形特性差的缺点,提出基于IGBT及IGCT混合级联多电平拓扑,采用单极性控制方法,在获得高输出电压的同时,使逆变器输出电压谐波分布于高频带,改善了输出电流品质。

Abstract:Aimed at the low output voltage of traditional 2-1evel cascaded inverter and the low quality of output waveform based on IGCT, this paper presents a hybrid cascaded multi-level topology with on IGBT and IGCT According to this topology, unipolar modulation method is adopted. With this control strategy, high output voltage level is got and the harmonics distribution is shifted to high frequency region. The quality of current waveform is improved through the simulation.
