摘    要:采用发泡法制备CBN/EPS复合模样,分别研究EPS珠粒的预发泡时间、预发珠粒熟化时间、有机胶黏剂PVB质量浓度、模样干燥时间等,对CBN磨粒在复合模样中分布的均匀性、复合模样表面的融合情况以及模样尺寸精度等性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:CBN磨粒在复合模样中分布的均匀性主要受EPS珠粒预发泡时间和有机胶黏剂PVB质量浓度的影响;复合模样的尺寸收缩率主要受模样干燥时间的影响,模样表面粗糙度主要受珠粒预发泡时间的影响;影响模样密度较为显著的因素是珠粒的预发泡时间和珠粒的熟化时间。

Abstract:Foaming technique is used to produce CBN/EPS composite pattern. The effects of percentage of PVB, pre-expandable time of expendable polystyrene (EPS), aging time of pre-expansion bead and the drying time of the pattern on the uniformity of CBN abrasive distribution, surface fusion quality and dimensional accuracy are analyzed. It is found that the uniformity of CBN abrasive distribution is influenced mainly by the pre-expandable time of the bead and percentage of PVB respectively. Dimensional shrinkage of pattern is influenced mainly by drying time of the pattern, while the surface roughness is mainly influenced by the pre-expandable time of the bead; The pre-expandable time of the bead and the aging time of the pre-expansion bead have obvious effects on the pattern density of the composite pattern
