高流动高耐热聚丙烯改性树脂的研究

摘    要:通过添加α成核剂、过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)改善聚丙烯树脂的高耐热性能和高流动性能,并研究了高流动、高耐热聚丙烯改性树脂的流动性能、耐热性能、拉伸性能和结晶形态。结果表明,随着DCP加入量的增大,聚丙烯树脂的MFR值增加,流动性得到提高;随着α成核剂用量的增加聚丙烯树脂的热变形温度随之提高,当用量为0.3%,聚丙烯树脂的热变形温度由130℃提高到145℃。

Studies of High Flow,High Heat Polypropylene Modified Resin

Abstract:By adding α nucleating agent and dieumyl peroxide (DCP) , the performance of high heat resistance and high flow properties of polypropylene resin were improved and the flow, heat resistance, tensile properties and crystalline form of the modified polypropylene resin with high flow, heat resistance prosperties were studied. The results show that with increasing the amount of DCP, MFR value of the polypropylene resin was increased, the flow resistance was improved. With inereasing the amount of of nucleating agent, the heat distortion temperature of the polypropylene resin was improved, when the amount is 0.3% the thermal deformation temperature of polypropylene resin was increased from 130 ℃ to 145 ℃.
