经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的实验与临床观察

摘    要:目的:研究经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效与副作用。方法:动物实验选用杂种家犬;临床应用选择中央膨出型腰椎间盘突出症患者。采用经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形治疗。观察实验犬髓核、软骨与椎体组织的病理变化。临床治疗观察近远期疗效。结果:光镜下:髓核组织汽化完全,周围组织形态正常,软骨及椎体组织没有异常变化。临床疗效优良率80%,有效率100%。术后无明显并发症。结论:经皮低温等离子射频消融髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症,具有操作简便、安全,疗效好,微创的优点。

Abstract:AIM: To study the effect and ill effect of treatment for lumbar disc herniation with hypothermia Iso Ion radio frequency (RF)nucleoplasty. METHODS:Hybrid dogs were chosen for animal experiment and patients with central lumbar disc herniation were chosen for clinical application.All of the dogs and patients were treated by percutaneous hypothermia Iso Ion RF nucleoplasty.Chronic pathological changes of dogs were observed for nucleus pulposus cartilages and vertebral body tissues.Near and far effects were observed for clinical treatment. RESULTS:Animal experiment showed that the nucleus pulposus tissue vaporized completely, and the cartilages and vertebral body tissues were normal. The clinical results of excellent and efficient rates were 80% and 100% . There were no any complication after operation.
