民办高校档案管理存在的问题与对策

民办高校应当对档案实行集中统一管理,确保档案完整、准确、安全和有效利用,即:集中统一管理民办高校成立后的党政管理类档案;集中与分散相结合管理业务档案;建设规范化的民办高校综合档案室,由专门的档案管理人员整理、保管和利用教职工、学生的人事档案及学校主要职能部门在履行职责过程中形成的文书档案。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Archives Management in Private Colleges

Private colleges' file refers to the management activities about Mass Party,Administration,Teaching,Scientific Research,Capital Construction,Foreign Affairs,Finance,which have the preserved value to the country,the society and the colleges.Private colleges should take action to ensure the file complete,accurate,safe and effective.This article explore some strategeies and countermeasures by aiming at the problems of archives management.The author takes Suqian College as an example,giving some countermeasures.The centralism unification management should be established for administration,centralism and division management to some major archives and the standard archives management should be set up on time for storage and using.
