| 摘 要： | 介绍了不确定性特点，阐述了供应链关系的基本特征，系统分析了供应链中的不确定性及其表现形式。通过对供应链战略决策分析，得出现代企业经营环境动荡不确定日益加剧的客观现实。从降低供应链管理的不确定性出发．提出了企业联盟（供应链）应对不确定性的几种策略。

| Abstract: | The characteristic of uncertainty and supply-chain relation is introduced. It analyses the uncertain-ty and its represent-form systematacially. By doing strategy decision analysis on supply-chain, it finds that the management-environment of modern enterprise is becoming more and more uncertain. It brings forward some strategy for enterprise-alliance(supply-chain) coping with the uncertainty. |
