血清高敏C-反应蛋白与冠状动脉病变程度的分析

目的探讨高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。方法测定40例稳定性心绞痛患者（SAP组）、50例不稳定心绞痛患者（UAP组）、30例急性心肌梗死患者（AMI组）及60例健康者（对照组）的hs-CRP及心肌肌钙蛋白Ⅰ（cTnI）、肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）等心肌标志物水平。结果 hs-CRP水平在对照组、SAP组、UAP组和AMI组分别为（2.3±0.5）mg/L、（4.2±0.6）mg/L、（6.4±1.0）mg/L、（14.7±2.9）mg/L,各组间存在显著递增趋势,即AMI组〉UAP组〉SAP组〉对照组。而cTnI仅UAP组和AMI显著升高,CK和CK-MB仅在AMI组显著升高。结论 hs-CRP水平与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关。

Relationship between serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein and the severity of coronary artery

Objective To investigate the relationship between high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and the severity of coronary artery.Methods Forty patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP group),50 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP group) and 30 patients with acute myocardial farction(AMI group) were enrolled,60 healthy people were chosen as control group.The hs-CRP and cTnI,CK,CK-MB level of all enrolled person were detected.Results The hs-CRP level of control group,SAP group,UAP group and AMI group were(2.3±0.5)mg/L,(4.2±0.6)mg/L,(6.4±1.0)mg/L,(14.7±2.9)mg/L respectively.There was a significant rise tendency in those groups,AMI group>UAP group>SAP group>control group.cTnI increased only in UAP and AMI group significantly.CK and CK-MB only increased in AMI group significantly.Conclusion hs-CRP level has a close relationship with the severity of coromnary artery.
